Restaurants and bars are currently able to operate at full capacity, however, you will find most businesses still have physical distancing practices in place.
HOUSE CLEANING AND WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE
Our Housekeepers clean and disinfect all hard surfaces of our vacation homes, including but not limited to floors, counter tops, railings, sink faucets, appliances, doorknobs, and light switches.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES – YOUR TRAVEL FLEXIBILITY
Existing reservations may be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Guests choosing to reschedule will receive a full credit to apply to a future stay through December 31, 2021.
NEW RESERVATIONS BOOKED AFTER November 17, 2020 with arrivals through August 31, 2021: All new reservations booked for arrivals
through August 31, 2021 can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to arrival for another time in 2020 or 2021. What you have paid previously would be applied as a full credit toward a future stay. All monies paid are non-refundable.
STANDARD POLICY: Free cancellation for forty eight (48) hours after booking as long as your trip is more than 15 days away. After that time any payments made will be considered non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented and the full rental amount for your dates of stay is maintained. All cancellations should be requested in writing for your protection and no future payments will be due after written cancellation request is received. Any excess, beyond the full rental amount (Rent, Taxes, Housekeeping Fee, and Guest Services Fee), is refundable minus a $200.00 Cancellation Fee plus applicable taxes. We recommend all guests purchase trip insurance to protect their vacation investment. Please note that trip cancellation insurance premiums paid (if applicable) are non-refundable.
HURRICANE POLICY: After Arrival, If a government agency orders an evacuation of the area in which your vacation rental is located
due to a hurricane or if electrical power is lost for more than 24 hours due to hurricane conditions, Guests will be asked to vacate the Property and a refund for time not used will
be provided. Prior to Arrival, In the event a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Jacksonville area within 5 days before the scheduled arrival date, the Guest may call in advance to cancel their reservation without any cancellation fees and all monies paid will be refunded in full.

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO STAY HEALTHY DURING YOUR VISIT
While Lancelot’s Castles Rentals has high standards of cleaning, some guests as an extra precaution, may want to perform additional cleaning upon arrival. The CDC recommends all households consider cleaning and disinfecting “high-touch” surfaces daily in shared household areas (e.g., tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, light switches, remotes, handles, desks, toilets, sinks). As has been recommended by many authorities, wash your hands often, avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
